HOLY FAMILY SCHOOL PROGRAM

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

This program begins on Thursday, August 23, 2007! Just Print this and send it in if you've lost the other sheet!

     Those that need this service must understand that once you sign up for the program you must pay for the week even if your child is absent or leaves early. The person watching the children must be paid regardless if your child attends.

MORNING RATES                                          $1.50 PER CHILD

FAMILY RATE (2 + children)                               $2.50

AFTER SCHOOL RATES     1 CHILD            $2.50 PER HOUR

                                                                            $1.25 PER HALF HOUR

FAMILY RATE (2 + children)                               $4.00 PER HOUR

                                                                            $2.00 PER HALF HOUR
